ENTRY RULES: You agree that, by submitting an entry to AYP Photo Contest 2015 you will be bound by these Official Rules. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest.
You will retain all rights to any photograph you submit — including ownership if applicable.
- If you submit a photograph to enter the Photo Contest, you grant Silber Studios a royalty-free, nonexclusive right to:
- Display the photograph on the Photo Contest submission website (https://www.silberstudios.com/photo-share/)
- Display the photograph on the Silber Studios Facebook and Twitter pages.
- Allow third-parties to share the photograph on the following social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- By participating in this competition, you completely release Facebook/Twitter of any liabilities, acknowledge that the promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook/Twitter and acknowledge that you are providing information to Silber Studios and not to Facebook/Twitter.
- You may only submit an image that you have taken yourself, and you must have all necessary rights in the photo in order to submit it here.
- Please do not submit images that have been heavily manipulated. It is acceptable to adjust images to achieve color balance that reflects the scene as you observed it. Cropping is also acceptable.
- Silber Studios has the right to disqualify any image which it feels has been overly altered.
ELIGIBILITY:
- If you are an individual of 18 or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Competition. Submissions from individuals under 18 years of age can be submitted, but a legal guardian will be required to receive a prize.
HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the weekly contest the day on which the contest is announced on our AYP Youtube page. Contest submissions come to a close after 7 days on which the Competition is announced. This is a 9 week contest. A weekly

- Submit your photo under that weeks contest.
- Clearly identify your name, and whatever caption you like.
- Be the first person to comment on the photo and give as much information about where and when the photo was taken.
HOW TO WIN: This is a 9-week contest.
- A weekly winner will be chosen by the Studio whose photo best fit the specified theme of the week.*
- An overall winner will be chosen by the Studio at the end of 9 weeks to win the grand prize.**
- * Winners of a previous weekly contest will NOT be eligible to win another weekly contest
- **All are eligible to win the overall 9-week contest.

Winners of the weekly contest will receive a small gift:
- A gift certificate from our friends at Bay Photo Prints.
- Winner of the overall 9-week contest will received a GRAND Prize:
- A SanDisk Portable SSD 500 series 480GB, some bags from our friends at ThinkTank and some Bay Photo Prints.
PRIZE ANNOUNCEMENT:
- We will notify the potential winners by e-mail and the AYP Youtube page within 5 business days following the end of the competition and tell them how they can claim their prize. We will select an alternative potential winner if any potential winner does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, or fails to meet the eligibility criteria.
GENERAL CONDITONS:
- In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Photo Contest is impaired in any way, Silber Studios may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Photo Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Photo Contest; or (b) award the prize(s) from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Photo Contest, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
